Community Guidelines & Member Agreement

1. CONFIDENTIALITY & INFORMATION SHARING

✓ DO:

• Share general challenges without naming your company ("We're struggling with portfolio prioritization across business units...")

• Discuss execution obstacles in a way that protects your organization's confidential information

• Keep examples anonymous and disguised when seeking peer advice

✗ DO NOT:

• Share your organization's name when discussing internal challenges

• Disclose proprietary information, strategies, financials, or sensitive company data

• Name or bash specific companies, executives, or colleagues

• Expose confidential details that could identify your organization

Privacy of Discussions:

• What's shared in the Mastermind channel stays in the Mastermind channel

• If you share insights learned from peers outside the network, keep it anonymous (no names, no organizations)

• Respect the confidentiality of members working through challenges

2. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & RESPECT

✓ DO:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism

• Keep conversations appropriate for a professional office environment

• Be constructive, collaborative, and supportive

• Disagree professionally and focus on ideas, not people

• Share honestly and help others navigate similar challenges

✗ DO NOT:

• Use disrespectful, offensive, or unprofessional language

• Attack, insult, or belittle other members

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind

• Post inflammatory or negative content meant to provoke

3. TOPICS & CONTENT

✓ APPROPRIATE TOPICS:

• Strategic execution challenges and solutions

• Business transformation, operations, and leadership

• Work-related professional development

• Industry trends affecting execution (policy changes, market shifts, etc.)

• Career opportunities (sharing open roles or seeking positions)

✗ PROHIBITED TOPICS:

• Politics, religion, or controversial non-business topics

• Personal attacks or gossip

• Inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content

4. SELF-PROMOTION & COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY

✓ ALLOWED:

• Sharing that you're looking for a new role or opportunity

• Posting open positions at your company that might help other members

✗ PROHIBITED:

• Promoting your own consulting services, courses, books, or products to members

• Selling tools, software, or services to other members

• Recruiting members for commercial purposes beyond job postings

• Spamming or sharing inappropriate links

• Using the network for personal financial gain

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Content Ownership:

• All resources, masterclass content, and materials provided by Victero Consulting remain the property of Victero Consulting

• Content is for your personal learning and organizational use only — not for redistribution

What You CAN Do:

• Use tools and templates from the Resources channel in your own organization

• Implement learned strategies and frameworks in your workplace

• Share what you learned from masterclasses externally to encourage others to join

• Encourage your team members to join the network (do not share your login)

What You CANNOT Do:

• Redistribute, sell, or share Victero's resources, masterclass recordings, or materials

• Share login credentials with others

• Copy or reproduce content for commercial use

• Share paid course materials outside the network

6. IDENTITY & PROFILE

Members must:

• Use their real full name in their profile

• Maintain authentic professional identities (no pseudonyms or fake accounts)

Members are encouraged to:

• Update their profile with information they feel comfortable sharing

• Verify their profile with their LinkedIn URL for credibility and trust

7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS & CONCERNS

If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines or have concerns about member conduct:

Email: admin@victeroconsulting.com

Include:

• Description of the issue

• Links to posts/comments (if applicable)

• Any relevant context

All reports will be reviewed promptly and handled with discretion.

8. ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES

Warning Policy:

• Most violations will result in a warning and opportunity to correct behavior

• Repeated violations will result in removal from the network

Immediate Removal: Victero Consulting reserves the right to immediately remove members without warning for:

• Sharing inappropriate links or spam

• Posting political, religious, or offensive content

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

• Violation of confidentiality or intellectual property policies

• Any behavior deemed harmful to the community

Consequences of Removal:

• Immediate loss of access to the community (all channels)

• Loss of access to masterclass recordings

• You will retain access to any purchased courses or materials

• Removal may be permanent at Victero Consulting's discretion

9. CHANGES TO GUIDELINES

Victero Consulting reserves the right to modify these Community Guidelines at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes and continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated guidelines.

10. YOUR AGREEMENT

By checking "I Agree" below, you confirm that you:

✅ Have read and understood these Community Guidelines

✅ Agree to abide by all policies outlined above

✅ Understand that violations may result in removal from the network

✅ Acknowledge that Victero Consulting has sole discretion in enforcement decisions

✅ Agree to treat fellow members with respect and professionalism

✅ Will protect the confidentiality of discussions within the network

✅ Will not share proprietary organizational information

✅ Will keep discussions work-related and professional
